What this site collects, who processes it, and how to have it deleted. Written against what the site actually does, not from a template.
Last updated
This site is operated by Pulley Marketing LLC, trading as Pulley Labs. It is a marketing site for a web design studio — there are no accounts, no logins, and nothing to buy. This page explains the small amount of information the site handles and who else sees it.
The short version
This site sets no cookies of its own and does not track you across the web. The only information you actively give it is whatever you type into the enquiry form. If you would like that removed, email [email protected] and it will be deleted.
What the enquiry form collects
The form on the contact page asks for your name and work email, and optionally your company, your current website address, the kind of project, your timeline, a budget range, a description of what needs building, and how you found us. Only the name, the email address and the consent checkbox are required — every other field can be left blank.
The form also carries a hidden field that a person never sees. If it is filled in, the submission is discarded as automated. Nothing about you is recorded by it.
Who handles a submission
When you submit the form, it is sent to this site’s own server, which then passes it to Formspree, which delivers it to our email inbox. Formspree processes the message in transit and keeps a copy in its own system; their handling is covered byFormspree’s privacy policy.
We use what you send to reply to you and to work out whether a project is a fit. We do not sell it, and we do not add you to a mailing list — there isn’t one. Enquiries stay in our email inbox so we can refer back to the conversation. Ask us to delete one and we will.
The anti-spam check
The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which works out whether a submission is coming from a person or a script. It runs in a frame served by Cloudflare and sends Cloudflare technical signals about your browser — not your name, your email, or anything else you typed into the form. Our server then asks Cloudflare whether the result was valid before the submission is passed on.
Cloudflare states that Turnstile does not use this data for advertising and that it may store information under its own domain to tell people from bots. Their description of it is inCloudflare’s Turnstile privacy documentation.
Analytics
This site uses two analytics tools, and both are cookieless:
- Vercel Web Analytics counts page views and clicks on the main buttons. It reports in aggregate — it tells us that a page was viewed, not who viewed it.
- Cloudflare Web Analytics counts page views and basic performance figures. It is added by Cloudflare as pages are delivered, rather than by this site’s own code.
Neither one sets a cookie, neither one builds a profile of you, and neither one follows you to other sites.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies of its own and uses no advertising or cross-site tracking technology, which is why you have not been asked to accept any. The only thing on these pages that may store anything in your browser is the Cloudflare Turnstile frame described above, under Cloudflare’s own domain rather than ours.
Other services involved in loading a page
Visiting any website reveals your IP address to the servers that deliver it. For this site that means:
- Vercel hosts the site, and Cloudflare sits in front of it to deliver pages quickly. Both keep standard server logs.
- Google Fonts serves the two typefaces the site uses, so Google receives a request from your browser when a page loads.
Our own server briefly uses your IP address when you submit the form — to limit how many submissions can come from one place in a short time, and as part of the anti-spam check. It is not stored after the request finishes.
How long we keep things
Enquiries stay in our inbox for as long as the conversation is useful, and are deleted on request. Analytics data is aggregate and is retained by Vercel and Cloudflare under their own schedules. Server logs are kept by Vercel and Cloudflare, not by us.
Children
This site is aimed at businesses looking to have a website built. It is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email [email protected] and we will deal with it. There is no form to fill in and no account to close.
Changes to this page
If this site gains a new third-party service, this page is updated at the same time and the date at the top changes with it. This policy describes what the site does today, not what it might do later.
